Our school may sometimes have to close temporarily due to bad weather, loss of utility services (such as gas, electricity or water), industrial action, bad weather or other emergencies.

We will always try, where possible, to remain open to some or all of our pupils while bearing in mind any health and safety concerns.  

We have a link with local radio station 'Metro' and also use Newcastle City Council's website to help us to communicate any school closures.

We will use this official school website, our Facebook page and the parent messaging service. 

Please remember not to ring us at school as lines will be used to get the message out.
