Pupil Voice
Pupil Voice
Student Voice at North Fawdon is our very own pupil council. Its aim is to give every child at North Fawdon Primary School the opportunity to share their views and opinions about our school.
A representative is elected from each class. Their job is to voice the opinions of their class at meetings. We then work together as pupils and staff to accomplish our goals for North Fawdon Primary School.
One of our current projects suggested by the pupil’s of our school is the ‘Reading Together’ project.
Another one of our current projects was given to us by Mrs Elliott – choosing new playground markings.
Previous projects that we have worked on that have impacted our school:
- Smoke free school gates
- Evaluating after school clubs and making suggestions for new ones
- Choosing the animals for our story reading chair in the library
- Suggesting Non-fiction reading books for our new library
- Evaluating potential designs for our new library
